We’re currently awaiting confirmation about direct coach drop-off at the concert grounds. If this is not permitted, we will drop off and pick up from Cineworld Ipswich, just a short walk away.

Refunds

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Cancellations made 14 days prior to the excursion will receive a refund, if it is a ticketed excursion, the ticket costings are non-refundable.

No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the excursion.

We reserve the right to cancel an excursion if it doesn’t reach satisfactory numbers. If this is the case, we will notify you within 2 weeks before the excursion date and we will issue a full refund or the money can be transferred onto another trip.
