    After a relaxed start to the day, we travel up the A140 to Norwich, where you’ll be dropped off right outside the castle for plenty of free time. Enjoy exploring the shops, treat yourself to Cosmo’s all-you-can-eat buffet (ideally before the drivers!), or soak up the festive atmosphere around the city.

    We’ve even allowed time for the afternoon pantomime performance, making this a perfect Christmas outing.

    Refunds

    Cancellation and Refunds:

    Cancellations must be made in writing.

    Cancellations made 14 days prior to the excursion will receive a refund, if it is a ticketed excursion, the ticket costings are non-refundable.

    No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the excursion.

    We reserve the right to cancel an excursion if it doesn’t reach satisfactory numbers. If this is the case, we will notify you within 2 weeks before the excursion date and we will issue a full refund or the money can be transferred onto another trip.
